the project had been based on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) only, not involving land acquisition. The MoU expired in August 2012 before the company began any operations aside from conducting a feasibility study. RUBADA is currently looking for a new investor for this area (RUBADA official, personal communication by Sulle in 2013).
