CAA: the source (see p.12 of the document) indicates 10.000 hectares and not 16.000 hectares. However, on the blog “Oil palm in Africa” (see its page http://oilpalminafrica.wordpress.com/2010/08/06/oil-palm-in-nigeria ), the size of 16.000 hectares appears to be the total of the three different oil palm plantations managed by Presco in the country. But another source exists that give other information concerning the size of the land concerned. According to the “company profile” webpage of SIAT webpage (see http://www.siat.be/index.cfm/page:siat-company-profile), this size is 12.500 hectares and not 10.000 hectares.
