Irrigation canal (40 km Kolongotomo-Boky-Wèrè), routes (40 km) - developed by Chinese company, Sinopec-CGC (China Geo-Engineering Corporation). Anger among locals against Malibya is high. One source states that after the coalition forces won in 2011, the project stopped in its tracks. China Geo-Engineering Corporation was also going to provide seeds and technical expertise to the project. Communities are calling for the land and facilities to be made available to them.
