"They have already developed c 12,000has of land, and are now looking around for the remaining 8,000has. It is the land which they have developed on the left side of the Canal du Sahel which has displaced so many evicted farmers into the region I have been studying for 38 years. In fact they wanted the Mali govt to give them the land abandoned by Sosumar but this has been passed onto the Indian company. "
