Butaw plantation, Sinoe. Villagers rioted on the Butaw plantation in May 2015, resulting in a hault of acitivites on the land until July 2015. Negotiation is on-going with the community, however as a result of the riot, operations will be scaled back. In accordance, 330 employees have already been laid off.
