The company has been ordered to pay $4.6 million by a court in Cameroon over alleged discrimination in its hiring practices. Allegations of non-payment of salaries have been raised against the company. All employees in the Mundemba, Toko and in Ndian Division have been laid off. Employees at the Limbe office have also been laid off.
