In 2012, the company inaugurated the continent’s largest cashew processing facility – annual capacity 30,000 tonnes – with an investment of17 billion CFA (€25.9 million). US$75 million investment in the 6.5 hectare cacao processing facility. The plant has a grind capacity of 75,000 metric tonnes per year and produces whole bean and nib roasted liquor, cocoa butter and cocoa cake. The plant started operating in 2014.
