Vietnam’s solar market is gaining more heat from a number of merger & acquisition deals as well. Thai energy firm Gunkul Engineering Plc recently spent over USD 47 million to acquire the 50 MW Tan Chau solar power. This is Gunkul Engineering’s fourth such acquisition in 2020, investing a total of USD 147.5 million into solar energy projects in Vietnam
