This Wind farm project was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 included 27 turbines with a total capacity of 81MW, and its known as North Luzon project by ACEN. On the other hand, Phase 2, known as the CAPA Wind project by ACEN, has 14 turbine with a capacity of 70MW. Making the total capacity of the windfarm at Caparipisan, 151MW (some sources say that Capa Wind actually only has 69MW, making the whole total capacity 150MW). The 41 turbines are spread across a 625ha of forest reserve.
