The gender measures for the ACWA Bash Wind Power Project (Bash) will look at the implementation of a gender policy for ACWA with emphasis on anti-sexual harassment, the sensitization of personnel on gender equality and on zero tolerance basis to gender-based violence and sexual harassment, as well as the promotion of a gender sensitive approach to human resources.
