The Land Allotment Order issued for the Project on 19th March 2021 stated that the Deputy Mayor F.Jabbarov and Department of State Cadastre of Gijduvan district should allocate 285.1 ha land from state reserve in Baraka community in Gijduvon district for “ACWA Power Bash Wind” LLC construction of wind power plant.
