There is a target to increase the number by at least 1 by 2023, and at least 2 by 2025, from a 2020 baseline of zero The project aims to have at least 50% of jobs in grass cutting held by women by 2024 The project aims to have DTE's code of conduct include anti-sexual harassment provisions by 2022, with 80% of staff trained on these provisions by 2023 An internship program is to be developed and implemented with at least 50% of internships offered to women by Q4 2023 The project's annual development effectiveness monitoring report will be used to track progress on these measures
