The company has a stake of 100%. The company proposes to invest in the entire grid connection project to connect the Truong Son wind power plant to the Vietnamese electricity system using the project's capital. It will be connected to the 220 kV transformer substation in Do Luong district in the central province of Nghe An for transmission. Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), a state utility, has signed 19 power purchase agreements (PPA) to buy electricity from 26 Lao power plants with a total capacity of 2,240 MW.
