(2024) A unit of Yuchengco-led House of Investments (HI) bought from Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. a P2.7-billion property in Tarlac, which it intends to develop in the future. The listed holding firm said its subsidiary, real estate developer Tarlac Terra Ventures Inc., purchased a 184-hectare (ha) property at Central Techno Park in Luisita Industrial Park.

On March 25, 2015, PSC signed the service contract with the Department of Energy (DOE) to develop and operate the 50 MWdc Tarlac Solar Power Project (Tarlac-1) in Central Technopark, Tarlac City. PetroSolar Corporation (PetroSolar) was awarded on September 17, 2018 a Certificate of Registration approved on September 7, 2018 by the Board of Investments (BOI) for the 20MWDC Tarlac-2 Solar Power Project (TSPP-2) located in Central Technopark, Tarlac City. In 2024, House of Investments (HI) bought from Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. a P2.7-billion property in Tarlac, which it intends to develop in the future. Included in the purchase, the real estate developer Tarlac Terra Ventures Inc., purchased a 184-hectare (ha) property at Central Techno Park in Luisita Industrial Park.

Tarlac-1 was successfully commissioned on February 10, 2016, making it one of earliest qualifiers for the solar feed-in-tariff. Recently, PSC expanded the facility to add another 20MWdc operating unit (Tarlac-2), which was successfully put online in May, 2019.
