The project developers said that the goal of this pilot project is using remote sensing technology for carbon credit to reduce fraud, cutting costs, and speeding up processes, reinforcing the commitment to a greener future. The project is joint partnership between government of Laos, Carbon Credit Lao (CCL) and Carbon Registry Thailand (CRT). CRT is a subsidiary of Star Century Consultancy Pte.Ltd. in Singapore
