The “operating company” item indicates the name of the project that several companies are working on. All companies are owned by the same owner - Mr. George Svanidze, or his wife - Ekaterine Svanidze. The olive processing factory in Sakobo village (Sighnaghi municipality) operated by the Georgian Olive company was built in cooperation with the Agriculture Projects Management Agency under governmental programme "Co-financing of processing and storage enterprises". The total project cost was GEL 5 million (around USD 2 million), while co-financing was USD 345 800.
