The construction phase for the project, led by EDF and co-developed with Laos-owned Lao Holding State Enterprise (LHSE) and Thailand’s Electricity Generating Public Company (EGCO). According to the developers, the project was planned to start in 2022, with operation start scheduled for 2024. EDF is also partner with French engineering company, Innosea, that will act as a provider of support for wave and anchoring studies. Innosea is part of Aqualis Braemar LOC Group (ABL Group)
