The project was developed by Sindicatum Renewable Energy and Sindicatum Sustainable Resources Management. Armstrong Asset Management, Mabalacat Solar Philippines and Sindicatum Renewable Energy are currently owning the project.Sindicatum-Clark Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 25 hectares. The project supplies enough clean energy to power 100,000 households. The project consists of 75,000 modules. The project got commissioned in June 2016.
