The Brandvalley Wind Farm project was originally authorized to install 58 turbines with a total capacity of 140 MW. However, after several amendments, the number of turbines was reduced to 32, with each turbine having an increased capacity of up to 7 MW, while maintaining the total project capacity at 140 MW. These changes were made possible due to advancements in turbine technology, which allow for greater energy generation per unit.

Reduces CO2 emissions by 620,000 tonnes per year. The wind farm includes 32 Vestas V150-4.5MW turbines.
