The EBRD provided a senior loan of €73 million to finance the construction and operation of Pestera (90MW) wind farm, located in Dobrogea region. The project was controlled and developed by EDP Renováveis (EDPR) through Renovatio Power SRL. However, all subsidiaries of EDP Renovaveis SA in Romania were consolidated into one SC EDP Renewables Romania SRL.
