In November 2013, a conference was organized by EDP Renewables in Ialomita County which was attended by members of the county council, local communities and local authorities, representatives of the Environmental Protection Agency and local press. Consultation meetings were held with Ialomita County Council, representatives of Vladeni, Facaeni, Mihail Kogalniceanu and Giurgeni Local Councils and Environmental Protection Agency as part of the site permitting procedure.

In lomita county, EDPR has contributed to the development of cultural activity in the town with the donation of 6,500 RON to the Dorulet Cultural Association. New access roads have been constructed from the existing ones to each wind turbine. These roads are also available for use by local residents and those who lease the land within the area of the site for agricultural purposes. Through the Green Education program, during the years 2012 and 2013, 12 scholarships were awarded to students from the localities of Făcăeni, Vlădeni and M. Kogălniceanu.
