The Company creates appropriate conditions that provide equal opportunities for the development for both men and women. The Company employs 36% of women out of the total number of employees or 1816 people as of the end of 2020. The Wings project started in 2020 with joint efforts from Pact Ukraine, Light of Hope, Astarta and the Government of Canada. It is directed at women to stimulate their professional development and promote welfare. According to the company's annual report 2022, it is indicated that in 2021, 3 077 men and 1 743 women employed, and in 2022 - 4 495 men and 2 096 women (32% compared to the total number of employees). The company says that the gender gap is present due to the nature of agricultural operations.
