In 2020, a Viber channel was launched to inform shareholders and members of local communities about the Company's events. The company also has an official website where it publishes news, reports and other information. The Company is developing cooperation with farmers, creating more value-added opportunities for both sides, for farmers and processors. In 2020, the Company established the Center for Partnership Interaction (CPI) to offer comprehensive cooperation through the "one-stop window" concept.

The company purchased medical devices, equipment, protective suits and masks, etc. to help counteract COVID-19. In 2017 Astarta, in partnership with BrainBasket Foundation and Miratex company, initiated an ambitious educational programme “IT Education in Rural Areas” to promote IT skills to children and adults. Astarta started the programme in 2018 to introduce students to modern agriculture and related professions. The programme includes training courses which consist of theoretical and practical parts. The participating schools have dedicated greenhouses, where students grow plants independently, explore application of plant protective agents, perform experiments and write research. The company repairs public roads (interregional and national) and roads within villages through social investments and involvement of local communities. 33 cultural centers and 1 library, 8 monuments were repaired, and 3 sports grounds were installed by the company in 2020. After the full scale russian aggression started in February 2022 the Company’s attention turned to the social aspect of sustainability. Help to temporally displaced people who suffered from military hostilities became one of the top priorities in 2022. At the start of the war, Astarta co-founded a large-scale humanitarian project Common Help UA.
