During the construction phase, the project employed 242 workers (11 of which were women), meeting the design and monitoring framework target of at least 200. In the undesirable for the operation situation when abrasiveness of dust does not allow dry cleaning of the panels and water cleaning is to be used, around 6 additional local unskilled workers will be required for the dry period of the year to clean the solar panels.
