In 2006, MK Group began to acquire agricultural land in Ukraine. In 2017 Agro Invest was bought by Kernel Group with all its property rights. Some part of contracts could be automatically prolonged after change of investor in 2017. In 2019, Agro Invest Ukraine had the status of termination of the operation. In 2020, the company was officially dissolved.
