Water sources of the village are used by the solar park. The village had 5 waterbodies, 1 inside the village, 4 on the government “wasteland”. The waterbodies on the wasteland were enclosed inside the park boundaries (Kaur 2022).

Some water comes from the former water bodies used by the villagers. Most water is derived from surface water delivered 35km away from the Kachchh Branch Canal of the Sardar Sarovar dam on the Narmada River (Stock 2021b:7). Water from reservoir is also used (Masterplan, Kaur 2022).
