Around 15-17 specialists will be involved in the operation and maintenance: the plant manager, a warehouse manager, a senior engineer, 2 operations engineers, 3 to 4 turbine generator engineers and the same number of technicians. Remote operation monitoring will be conducted by 4 specialists. This staff is expected to work in 12 hour shifts and reside in Nur-Sultan.
