Comment on electricity generation

The project consists of 96 Siemens-Gamesa 2.6 MW turbines with a tower hub height of 63 m and rotor diameter of 120 m, a substation and a network of site access roads.Lekela Power currently operates 1 GW of wind power projects and has a pipeline of 1.8 GW. The Lekela BOO Wind Power Plant project involves the construction and operation of a 250 MW wind farm, comprising 70 turbines of 3.6 MW each. It includes infrastructure such as internal roads and a 30 km, 220 kV overhead transmission line operated by the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC).
