Furthermore, GON has also promised to provide additional 0.0508 Hectare (1 Ropani) of land with 1 Million Nepalese Rupees for building house, 10% extra compensation to the land owner who have less than 0.508 Hectare (10 Ropani) of Land and 15% extra compensation to the land owner who have less than 0.762 Hectare (15 Ropani) of Land
