TOPP Limited (Twifo Ntafrewaso Estate) – Nucleus. Twifo Smallholder Oil Palm Project (TSOPP) - Smallholders. Nucleus planted area of 4234 ha. The rest of the concession is covered with Offices, Factory, accommodation for Junior, Senior and Management Staff, Recreational centre, a nine hole Golf Course, Club House, Clinic, Police Station, Banks, Schools (Pre-school, Primary and Junior High), Roads, Nursery and 1913ha for smallholders. Area in operation of 5533ha derived from the Mapathon 2020. Overwritten with JRC mapped area of about 4,600ha using a VHR of 2020.
