The operating company was accused of land contract falsification. In 2007, the company signed an agreement with smallholder assertedly for 20 years. The smallholder has died and the assignee appealed to the court claiming to clarify the contract duration. The court and the expertise concluded that the signature in the contract is fake and the company illegally used the land plot. Currently, the contract is canceled.
