(1) The operating company was forced to cancel two land contracts overall sized 477,95 ha in Bozhykiv village that they leased in the village council because there was no public tender; (2) another land conflict between another large-scale agricultural company. The operating company sowed the fields with crops but another company held the harvest campaign on these fields. (3) Many smallholders terminated their contracts with the operating company due to unpaid rent (Data source #13, 22).
