Also closely connected to deals 5742 and 5743 as they were purchased at the same time and operate in the same region. In 2018, the operating company was terminated due to reorganization processes. An assignee is the Agrofirm "Hliborob" LLC (41493) - another subsidiary within the Kernel Group structure.
