As for 2022, there are still approximately 465 active lease agreements (predominantly with smallholders) even though the operating company is terminated since 2018 and merged with Khmilnytske LLC

In 2018 Agro-Region was merged/joined to Hmilnytske LLC. First original lease contracts with smallholders were concluded in 2008. According to UA legislation duration of the land lease agreement should be at least 7 years. Some part of land lease agreements could be prolonged automatically but exact year is difucult to obtain.
