Of this, 2,586 hectares is their own land, and the rest is farmed under the contract on the business-technical cooperation and the lease contract. The contract for the use of land in Kardzhordevo was signed for 30 years. The agreement also stipulates that the validity of 20 years (in other locations) can be automatically extended to another 20.

In 2013, an interstate agreement on cooperation between the two countries - Serbia and the United Arab Emirates, was concluded. In 2019, the operating company was acquired by Yugo Elite Agro - another UAE investor.

Company bought 2,200 hectares of land AD Bačka Sivac for 7,000 EUR per hectare, but also more than 400 hectares of Adriatic land for 10,000 euros per hectare, through a direct agreement without auction they received 4,300 hectares for use agricultural land in Kula.

Different sources claim different fees. Another one claims it be 223 euros. the land leased for the first 10 years is paid 250 EUR per hectare, but in the next 10 years can be adjusted to inflation, provided that the amount of 370 EUR. In Sivac region, media reports claim that the leasing fee is 6,995 euros per hectare. As for state-owned contracts area, Al Rawafed paid 109,000 euros for 2015 and 216,000 euros for 2016 to use 3,500 hectares of state arable land. In 2017, that amount was increased and 400,000 euros.
