Investment of 50 million Euro. Other source reported that in September 2013, through the signing of a framework agreement, the State allocated approximately 11,000 hectares of land to the CHP for industrial rubber farming. However, company sustainability report 2019 states 5000ha. The 2021 report states the same.

The inauguration took place on September 14, 2013 in the presence of the Minister of Agriculture of Ivory Coast, Mr. Coulibaly Mamadou Sangafowa. EIA only issued in 2015. However, procedure of registration on behalf of the State was only introduced in April 2014.
