Land titles for 29 066ha. Company annual report 2011 states 28 261ha. 6090ha under palm oil. Company website on the plantation indicates 6084ha planted but no indication of date. Company website states Brabanta was acquired by SOCFIN in 2007 with a size of 8380ha. This may refer only to the concession signed in 2007. Sustainability report 2019 only mentions the 2007 concession with a planted size of 6169ha. SOCFIN annual report states size under contract of 8380ha. It is assumed that the plantations were downscaled.

Oil production for domestic market, in particular for industrial sectors such as food, soap and cosmetics. The company also intends to expand into rubber. Spott intiative states socfin's DRC operations (Brabanta): 13,000 ha have been set aside for conservation (forest preservation).

The land was previously owned by Unilever who abandoned the plantation in the 1980s. Different concessions have different start years: 1992/2005/2007/2011. 10 concessions in total. Not enough information available on individual concessions to disaggregate them. SOCFIN 2023 annual report (pg 59) states date of initial lease with renewals is 2004-2022 with a size under contract of 8380ha.

Intercultures acquires Huilerie de Mapangu, in RDC. The company is renamed with its original designation Brabanta. The objective is to replant the old oil palm concession. Still operational in 2023.
