The company maintains a simple ownership structure and has three shareholders: Daniel Blattner, David Blattner, and James Blattner (related to Groupe Blattner Elwyn which has major land holdings in the DRC). One data source states investors are part-American, part Belgian.
Part of the concession was managed by Jadora under a REDD+ programme. This changed to Congo Emissions Manangement, established by Donald Tuttle with Daniel Blattner as president and Brandon Blattner as CEO.
