Comment on land area

In the original deal, concluded in 2000, 320,000 ha of the semi State-owned company Salta Forestal SA were granted in concession to Ecodesarrollo SA. In 2003, the concession was divided between Ecodesarrollo SA (160,000) ha and Agropecuaria Cervera SA (160,000). Salta Forestal Zona Norte was operated by Agropecuaria Cervera SA. In 2005, Agropecuaria Cervera SA was acquired by Cresud SACIFyA. In 2008, the contract was renegotiated and 30,000 ha returned to Salta Forestal SA
