M-KAT is co-financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and holds a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Financial Settlement Center for Renewable Energy Sources (FSC). The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has signed an agreement for a $30.5 million loan in tenge equivalent to M-KAT Green LLP. The EBRD provided a loan of €50 million.
