Comment on investment chain
This company was established by a group of companies including Impact Energy Asia Development Limited (IEAD) for 85% and SMP Group for 15%. For IEAD is now 55% owned by a joint venture between IES (31%) and Mitsubishi (24%), and 45% owned by an affiliate of BCPG PCL. The project got the loan from AIIB of USD72.55 million) and the rest of loan is from the sponsor and other financial institutions including ADB and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
